Research projects are characterised by complex interdependencies and risk factors. Many early stage researchers realise at a rather late date that dealing with these challenges is in many ways a question of having the right project- and time-management skills. In this one day workshop you are intorduced to key project- and time-management tools. You will have to the opportunity to practice applying them and gain a differentiated understanding of the critical success factors when using them.
