Anmeldung: Time and Project Management for Doctoral Researchers [ENG]

This workshop equips doctoral researchers with practical tools and strategies to manage their time effectively both in terms of short- and long-term goals. Participants learn to clarify priorities, set realistic goals and break large complex tasks into manageable steps using time management and profect management tools. Special attention is given to dealing with uncertainty, changing requirements, procrastination, and high workloads. Using practical examples, participants develop an individual time and project management tailored both to their specific research project. In this workshop I also encourages participants to reflect on their personal working styles, helping foster long-term motivation and well-being during the doctoral journey.
